I have been a resident for 13 years at MediLodge of Sterling Heights and would recommend the facility to future residents. The food is excellent, the employees are tentative to all of my needs, and the activities department is helpful in finding activities that stimulate my interests.

My uncle was a former lodger at MediLodge of Sterling Heights, and while he was there he received excellent care. I visited my uncle regularly and always saw that he was being taken care of by everyone around him. The clinical staff is friendly and kept him and I comfortable throughout our stay. I am writing this letter to graciously thank you for the care of my uncle. He was a very special person in our family and everyone at MediLodge saw him as special too.

I really gave up until I met Lisa in the therapy department at MediLodge, she inspired me. I was determined to walk again, and even though I was receiving Hospice care, I fooled them.

My experience with MediLodge has been wonderful. My aunt has been diagnosed with severe dementia. The nursing staff was able to provide compassionate care that improved my aunts cognitive ability. The loving care from the nursing staff has kept her safe and comfortable. As a family member I can relax knowing that she is being cared for by the professional hands of the MediLodge family.

This facility is close to my family, the management is very nice, the facility is clean, and it is fairly renovated. The therapy/activities and nursing staff are great, they provided specialized care and always gave a listening ear.

The reason I chose this center was because of the great customer care and support. The physical therapy and nursing staff stood out most because they showed care in the best ways and pushed me to my best. The food is goof and the staff is great. The activities are fun and it has been a great overall experience. I would come back if need be.

I am writing to commend your staff at your rehab at your rehab facility for a very caring and professional attitude displayed for the residents there. Your staff was attentive to my medical needs such as medication, response to the attention call light system, my breathing treatments and track care. The in-house rehabilitation staff was also excellent, and the food was great. Thanks again to everyone involved, I would recommend MediLodge of Sterling Heights to anyone needing rehabilitation care.

My wife has been a resident at MediLodge for 3 years, the staff is kind and has taken care of her throughout the years. I am an active family member as well as a volunteer. The staff at MediLodge is always willing to go the extra mile for residents and family members.

Justin was patient, friendly, and took his time with me in therapy. I had great service and wonderful nurses. The food was delicious therapy treated me like family. I had a great experience here. -Patricia Alta
